Notice of demand to Tmt. N. Shanthi, Proprietress of M/
s. Bhavani Agency, Ariyur, Puducherry, of Ariyur
Revenue Village in Villianur Taluk.
Take notice that the Tahsildar, Taluk Office, Villianur,
demand from you the sum of ` 13,77,99,239 (Rupees
thirteen crores seventy-seven lakhs ninety-nine
thousand two hundred and thirty-nine only) along with
12% interest per annum being the arrears of taxes and
penalty payable to the Commercial Taxes Department,
Puducherry, due by you as holder of the Lands comprised
in Re-Survey No. 140/1C/1 of Ariyur Revenue Village
measuring to an extent of 0.22.00 (KKV) and that you
are required to pay the amount within 15 days from the
date of the service of this notice.

TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited for the sale of old/
codemned furniture & other items and 2 ton window
AC of the Manimegalai Government Girls’ Higher
Secondary School, Puducherry on 14-9-2018.
2. The tenders in plain paper should be sealed and
addressed
to
the
Vice-Principal,
Manimegalai
Government
Girls’
Higher
Secondary
School,
Puducherry duly superscribing on the envelope as
“Tender for the purchase of old condemed furniture &
other items and for 2 ton AC” to reach the undersigned
on or before 14-9-2018 at 10.00 a.m. The tenders will
be opened on the same day at 10.30 a.m. in the
presence of the tenderers who are present. The rates
for furniture, other items and for 2 ton window AC
should be quoted separately in one cover.
3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount
of
` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) as earnest
money deposit. The earnest money deposit of the
unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately
after the sale is over.
4. The tenders received after the due date and time
will be rejected.
5. The successful tenderer shuold pay the entire
amount and clear the items within 24 hours at his own
risk and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit
will be forfeited.
6. The intending tenderers may inspect the
condemed articles during school hours on any working
day with prior permission of the Vice-Principal in the
School without any disturbance to the students.
7. No claim on the quantity and quality of the
articles will be admitted, once the tender is finalized.

8. The GST at the rate applicable will be charged.
9. In case of dispute, the decision of undersigned will
be the final.
10. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all the tenders without assigning any
reason thereof.
