In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of section 43,
read with section 2(g)(ii) of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development)
Act, 2016 (Central Act No. 16 of 2016) and in pursuant to the Orders of the
Government of Tamil Nadu accorded vide G.O. Ms. No. 103, dated
24-07-2018 of the Housing and Urban Development (UD1[2]) Department,
Government of Tamil Nadu and in supersession of the G.O. Ms. No. 01/
2018-Hg., dated 07-02-2018 of the Chief Secretariat (Housing),
