TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited for the sale of uprooted
dry tree pieces (Odiyam) of the Government High School,
Thirukkanur, Puducherry under the control of the Chief
Educational Officer, Puducherry on 29-10-2018.
2. Tenders in plain paper should be sealed and
addressed to the Chief Educational Officer, Directorate
of School Education, Puducherry duly superscribing on
the envelope as “Tender for the purchase of uprooted
dry tree pieces (Odiyam)” and sent to reach the
undersigned on or before 29-10-2018 at 3.00 p.m.
The tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.30 p.m.
in the presence of the tenderers who are present.
3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount
of ` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) as earnest
money deposit. The earnest money deposit of the
unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately
after tender sale is over.

4. Tenders received after the due date and time will
be rejected.
5. The successful tenderer should pay the entire
amount with GST and clear the items within 24 hours
at his own risk and cost, failing which the earnest
money deposit will be forfeited.
6. The intending tenderers may inspect the uprooted
dry tree pieces (Odiyam) during School hours on any
working day with the prior permission of the concerned
Headmaster in the above said School without any
disturbance to the students.
7. No claim on the quality and quantity of the
articles will be admitted once the tender is finalised.
8. GST at the rate applicable will be charged.
9. In case of any dispute, the decision of undersigned
will be the final.
10. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all the tenders without assigning any
reason thereof.

furniture and other items” and sent to reach the
undersigned on or before 29-10-2018 at 4.00 p.m.
The tenders will be opened on the same day at 4.15 p.m.
in the presence of the tenderers who are present. The rates
for all the items should be quoted separately in one
cover.
3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of
` 5,000 (Rupees five thousand only) as earnest money
deposit. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful
tenderers will be returned immediately after tender sale
is over.
4. Tenders received after the due date and time will
be rejected.
5. The successful tenderer should pay the entire
amount with GST and clear the items within 24 hours

Sealed tenders are invited by the undersigned from
the authorized collection centre(s)/registered dismantler(s)/
recyclers towards the disposal of unserviceable/obsolete
electronic/electric articles (e-Waste) belonging to this
institute in “as-is-where-is” condition.

2. The intending bidders may inspect the articles at
the office of the undersigned between 10.00 a.m. and
12.15 p.m. on 29-10-2018 and 30-10-2018 with the
permission of the Officer concerned. Copies of tender
schedule can be had in person on payment of ` 100 plus
GST as admissible (non-refundable).
3. Sealed tenders in the prescribed tender Form
addressed to the Medical Superintendent, Indira Gandhi
Government General Hospital and Postgraduate
Institute, Puducherry superscripted as “Tender for purchase
of unserviceable articles” should reach this office on
or before 31-10-2018 by 3.30 p.m. Each tenderer
should be enclosed a Demand Draft for an amount of
` 25,000 drawn in favour of the Junior Accounts
Officer, Indira Gandhi Government General Hospital
and Postgraduate Institute, Puducherry as earnest
money deposit.
4. The valid authorized certificate for e-Waste
collection centre(s)/registered dismantler(s)/recyclers
issued by Central/State/Union Territory should be
enclosed with the tender.
5. Tenders will be opened on 31-10-2018 at 4.30 p.m.
at the office of the undersigned in the presence of the
tenderers who are present at the time of opening.
6. If, the highest tender amount offered by the
bidder is found to be not acceptable to the undersigned,
the public auction will be conducted on the spot
keeping, the highest tender amount as minimum bid.
7. The following self attested photocopy of valid
GST Certificate, PAN Card and Aadhaar Card or valid
Family Ration Card or valid Driving Licence must be
enclosed alongwith the tender. Tender without these
certificates/documents will be rejected.
8. Individuals/Partner of a firm who have/has been
punished under Criminal Procedure Code or any
criminal case is under process, is not eligible for
participating in the tender-cum-auction. Any false
representation is found during the tender process, the
tender offered by him/them will be cancelled and his/
their earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
9. If, any/all participant(s) misbehaves during the
tender process, the tenderer(s) will be removed from the
place of auction, also his/their tender will be rejected
and the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
10. The earnest money deposit of the successful
tenderer will be adjusted against the sale proceeds and
the earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderer
will be discharged/returned immediately after tender/
auction sale is over.
11. The tenderer or his authorized agent (only one
person) may choose to be present at the time of opening
the tender/auction. Authorized person should bring
authorization letter as prescribed.
12. Acceptance of the tender will be intimated to the
successful tenderer after finalisation of the tender/auction.
Successful tenderer only will be allowed to clear/
remove the materials.
13. The successful tenderer should pay the cost of
articles plus applicable GST and make his own
arrangement to clear/remove the articles immediately,
otherwise, the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
14. This office will not be in any way held responsible
for the safe custody or any loss of the sold articles,
once the tender is finalised, no claim on the quantity
and quality of the materials will be entertained.
15. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any
or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof and
the decision of the undersigned in this regard will be
final and binding on all tenders.

1. The tenders in sealed covers sholud be addressed
to the Deputy Director (Administration), Directorate of
School Education, Puducherry duly superscribing on the
envelope as “Tender for the purchase of old/condemned/
outdated rules/reference books, hand books and Swamy’s

monthly news books” and to reach the undersigned on or
before 30-10-2018 at 10.00 a.m. The received tenders
will be opend on the same day at 11.00 a.m. in the
presence of the tenderers or their representatives who are
present at that time. If, the tender opening day happens
to be a public holiday, the same will be opend on the next
working day. Any incomplete tender received is liable for
rejection.
2. Tenders received after the due date and time will
summarily be rejected. If, the highest rate quoted by the
tenderer is below the upset price, then the open auction
will be conducted on the same day. In the open auction,
the tenderers who have submitted sealed tender only will
be allowed.
3. The intending GST registered tenderers only should
participate and deposit an amount of ` 500 (Rupees five
hundred only) in cash as earnest money deposit before
submission of tender.
4. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful
tenderers will be refunded after the tender sale is over/
finalised.
5. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or
reject any tender or all the items without assigning any
reason thereof. The decision of the undersigned is final
in case of any dispute.
6. The successful tenderer should pay the entire
amount immediately and clear all the articles within
24 hours at his own risk and cost, failing which the
earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
7. No claim about the quantity, quality and value of
the old/condemned/outdated rules/reference books, hand
books and Swamy’s monthly news books will be admitted
once the tender is finalised.
8. The intending tenderers can inspect the old/
condemned/outdated rules/reference books, hand books
and Swamy’s monthly news books during the Office hours
in the Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Centenary Educational
Complex, Puducherry, with the permission of the
undersigned between 10.00. a.m. and 4.00 p.m. during
22-10-2018 to 26-10-2018.
9. The sale will be effected only to the highest bidder.
10. The Government in no way is held responsible
for the safe custody of the articles once the auction is
confirmed.
11. GST as per the rate in force will be charged extra
on the amount finalized.

NOTICE INVITING e-TENDERS FOR SUPPLY
OF CASE FOR GOVERNMENT DIARY 2019
‘e-Tenders’ are invited on behalf of the President of
India by the Director of Stationery and Printing,
Puducherry for supply of "Case for Government
Diary 2019" (1 Lakh Nos.).
1. The "Tenderers/Firms for supply of Case for
Government Diary 2019" should have adequate
infrastructure (machineries) for making Diary Cases.
The Case should be made only by using case making
machine.
Note: The Tenderer/Firm not having the abovesaid
facilities need not participate in the tender.
2. Tenderers should submit their tender online at the
Government website https://pudutenders.gov.in with
proof of payment of earnest money deposit for
` 50,000 in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour
of the Senior Accounts Officer, Directorate of Stationery
and Printing, Puducherry from any Nationalised Bank
and payable at Puducherry.
3. The tender details and “terms and conditions” may
also be downloaded from the websites: http://www.py.gov.in
and styandptg.puducherry.gov.in for reference only.
Tenders will be processed online only and hence,
hardcopy submission of tenders will not be accepted.
4. The tenderer who wish to participate in the
e-tender may peruse the sample Case for Government
Diary 2019 available with the Joint Director (Printing),
Government Central Press, Puducherry, during Office
hours on any working day with prior intimation.
5. The technical tender and other documents will be
evaluated online only on receipt of earnest money
deposit in the form of “Demand Draft alongwith sample
as specified in the tender document in a separate sealed
covers superscribed as (i) “Demand Draft for earnest
money deposit for supply of Case for Government
Diary 2019” in cover 'A' and (ii) “Sample Diary Case
for Government Diary 2019” in cover 'B' which will be
received, up to 5.00 p.m. on 08-11-2018 as per the
tender time-table as mentioned below at the Directorate
of Stationery and Printing, Puducherry-605 009.
