Ambagarathur, the 8th October 2018.

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the rates are invited from the

public for the sale of the following items belonging to

Thiruvalluvar Government Higher Secondary School,

Ambagarathur, Karaikal.

2. T he sealed tenders should be addressed to the

Vice-Principal, Thiruvalluvar Government Higher

Secondary School, Ambagarathur, Karaikal, duly

superscribing on the envelope as “Tender for purchase

of old newspapers and old answer scripts” quoting the

amount separately so as to reach this School on or

before 12-11-2018 at 10.30.a.m. The tenders will be

opened at 11.00 a.m. on the same day in the presence

of the tenderers if any, in the Office of the

Vice-Principal, Thiruvalluvar Government Higher

Secondary School, Ambagarathur, Karaikal.

3. The intending GST registered tenderers only

should participate and deposit an amount of ` 300

(Rupees three hundred only) as earnest money deposit

before submission of the tender.

4. Along with the tender, copy of the following self

attested documents should be submitted by the

tenderers

(i) Valid GST Registration Certificate copy

(ii) Aadhaar Card copy

5. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tender

sale is over.

6. The tenders received after the due date and time

will be rejected.

7. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any tender without assigning any resons therefor.

8. The successful tenderer should pay the entire

amount (excluding GST) immediately and clear all the

articles within 24 hours at his own risk and cost, failing

which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

9. No claim on the quality and quantity of the

articles will be entertained, once the tender is finalized.

10. The intending tenderers can inspect the articles

during the office hours in this School from 12-10-2018

onwards.

11. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final.

12. The rate of each item should be quoted

separately.

13. GST as per the rate in force should be paid by

the successful tenderer to the Commercial Taxes

Department, Karaikal on reverse charge basis on the

amount finalized with the intimation to the undersigned.

behalf of my 16 years old minor daughter ‘Babina

Merlin’. I state that in the Birth Certificate issued

by Tindivanam Municipality, registered with it

under Registration No. 043/2002/04/00681, my said

minor

daughter’s name has been mentioned as

‘’.

In my said minor daughter’s Aadhaar Card

under No. 4450 8867 6390, her name has been

mentioned as ‘A. Babina Merlin’.

In my said minor daughter’s Secondary School

Leaving Certificate under Serial No. SEC9246229

and in her Transfer Certificate under Admission No.

6445, her name has been mentioned as ‘Babina

Merlin A’.

In the Family Ration Card under No. 155704, my

said minor daughter’s name has been mentioned

as ‘’.

Therefore, I do hereby state that all the abovesaid

names are refer, identify and relate to one and the

same person that is my said minor daughter only.

Further, I state that hereafter, my said minor

daughter shall be known, identified and referred

only by the name ‘Babina Merlin ()’

for all purposes.
