TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the rate per kilogram

(exclusive of GST) for each item of newspapers are

invited by the undersigned for the purchase of following

old newspapers (Malayalam and English) of the Office

of the Deputy Collector (Revenue), Mahe, and

Sub-Taluk Office, Mahe as detailed below:

2. Tenders superscribed as “Tender for the purchase

of old Newspapers” should be addressed to the Deputy

Collector (Revenue), Office of the Deputy Collector

(Revenue), Civil Station, Mahe, in a sealed cover so as

Thiruvalargal:

to reach this Office on or before 30-11-2018 at 3.30 p.m.

The received tenders will be opened on the same day

at 4.00 p.m. in the presence of those tenderers or their

representatives who are present.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount

of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) in cash as earnest

money deposit along with the tender. The earnest

money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be

refunded immediately, soon after the tender sale is over.

4. The old newspapers may be inspected during

office hours on any working day.

5. Tenders received after the due date and time

prescribed will summarily be rejected.

6. No claims on the quality and quantity of the

articles, will be admitted once the tender is finalised.

7. The successful tenderer should remove the old

newspaperss at his/her own cost within 24 hours of

acceptance of his/her tender after remitting the total

cost of old newspapers and GST thereon at the

prevailing rules. The successful tenderer should make

his/her own arrangement to weigh the old newspapers.

8. The undersigned reserves the right to accept/

reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.

9. If, the tender opening day happens to be a public

holiday, the same will be opened on the next working

day.

Ejilane Idayaradj, Christian, aged 31 years, residing at

No. 3G1, Block No. 3, Alpha Kamban Estate, Annai

Nagar, Kamban Nagar Extension, Reddiyarpalayam,

Puducherry-605 010, do hereby solemnly and sincerely

affirm and state as follows:

I am the deponent in this affidavit and well

acquainted with the contents of the same.

I was born on 29-9-1987 at Puducherry to

my parents Santo Ejilane Idayaradj and Santo

Delphine and the same has been duly registered in

the Pondicherry Municipality vide Registration

No. M/1987/06726. My actual name as per my Birth

Certificate is ‘Santo Micheline Sangeetha’. My

aforesaid name finds place in my Degree Certificate
