condemned furniture items during office hours on any

working day with the prior permission of the Head of

Institution during 12-12-2018 to 18-12-2018.

7. No claim on the quality and quantity of the

articles will be admitted once the tender is finalised.

8. GST at the rate applicable will be charged and

collected.

9. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final.

10. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any or all the tenders without assigning any

reason thereof.
