NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 30
of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969 (No. 18 of 1969) and
with the approval of Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Office
of the Registrar-General, India at New Delhi, the Lieutenant-Governor,
Puducherry, is pleased to make the following Amendment to the Puducherry
Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 1999 notified vide
G.O. Ms. No. 172/LAS/99-2000, dated 29th December, 1999 of the Local
Administration Secretariat at Government of Puducherry and published
in Part-II of the Extraordinary Gazette No. 53, dated 30th December, 1999,
namely:-
