NOTIFICATION
It is hereby notified that the original Matric
Certificate under Register Number 8339 of March 1987,
in respect of P. Tamizharasi, an ex-pupil of St. Joseph
of Clony Girls’ Higher Secondary School, Puducherry,
is reported to have been lost beyond scope of recovery,
it is proposed to issue a duplicate certificate. If, the
original certificate to be found by anybody, it should be
sent to the Director of Government Examinations,
Chennai-6 for cancellation, as it is no longer valid.

ORDER
In accordance with section 33(i) of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (Central Act 49 of
2016) “the appropriate Government shall identify posts in the establishments which can be held by respective
category of persons with benchmark disabilities in respect of the vacancies reserved in accordance with the
provisions of section 34” of the said Act.
2. In the G.O. Ms. No. 52, dated 28-12-2017 of the Welfare of Differently Abled Persons Department,
Government of Tamil Nadu, certain posts are identified suitable for Differently Abled Persons for appointment
including Civil Judge/District Judge (Entry Level) in the Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service.
3. In the D.O. Letter No. 15/2017/Con.B1/Spl.Cell, dated 30-10-2018 of the Registrar (Recruitment),
High Court of Judicature at Madras addressed to the Chief Secretary, Government of Puducherry and
Roc. No. l5/2017/Con-B1/Spl.Cell, dated 14-11-2018 of the Registrar (Recruitment), High Court of Judicature at
Madras, the Registrar (Recruitment), Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras, has forwarded copies of the
Government Orders issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu, which can be used as reference while identifying
the nature of disability suitable for the cadre of the Puducherry Judicial Service.
4. Therefore, the following posts of Civil Judge and District Judge (Entry Level) in the Puducherry Judicial
Service which are under the cadre control of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras, are identified as
suitable for providing reservation to the Differently Abled Persons in accordance with section 33(i) of the Rights
of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, namely:–
