ORDER

Whereas, an order was made, vide reference cited,

under sub-section (1) of section 126 of the Puducherry

Co-operative Societies Act, 1972, directing the winding

up of the affairs of the Mahe Co-operative Hotel and

Caterers Society Limited, No. P.753, Mahe;

And whereas, the financing Bank viz., the Pondicherry

State Co-operative Bank Limited was consulted in the

matter of appointment of a Liquidator, as required under

sub-section (1) of section 127 of the said Act and the

said Bank has no objection for the appointment of

a Liquidator for the said Society;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred

on me under sub-section (1) of section 127 of the

Puducherry Co-operative Societies Act, 1972, I hereby

appoint Tmt. P.M. Praseetha, Co-operative Officer,

Office of the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative

Societies, Mahe, as the Liquidator for the purpose of

winding up of the said Society;

The Liquidator shall take into her custody all the

properties, effects and actionable claims to which the

said Society is or appears to be entitled and complete

the liquidation proceedings as per law.

Smart City Development Limited. She shall also hold

charge of Special Secretary (Personnel) on additional

charge basis.

Notice of results of election to Pondicherry

Pharmacy Council as per rule 18 of the

Pondicherry Pharmacy Council Rules, 1972.

Pursuant to the notice for election under clause(a)

of section 19 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 and the Schedule

of Election notified by the Returning Officer which was

published in the Gazette No. 43, dated 23rd October, 2018,

15 nominations were received as on 31st October, 2018
