NOTICE OF ATTACHMENT
Notice of attachment to Thiru V. K. Mahesh Kumar,
son of Vasudevan, M/s. Gunasundar Enterprises,
Mahe, in the Village of Chalakkara of
Mahe Sub-Taluk.
Take notice that as you have not paid or shown
sufficient cause for the non-payment of ` 1,17,36,510
(Rupees one crore seventeen lakhs thirty-six thousand
five hundred and ten only) although the said sum has
been duly demanded in writing from you, the landed
property belonging to you at R.S. No.61/6 of Chalakkara
Revenue Village, measuring to an extent of 00.06.72
hectare is hereby placed under attachment and that
unless the arrear due by you with interest and other
charges be paid within fifteen days, the landed property
will be brought to sale in due course of law. You will
further take notice that from the date of this attachment
notice until the date of sale of your land is hereby
attached, you are and will be held liable for all dues
thereon accruing and the said dues will be demanded
of, and levied from you as arrears of land revenue.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited for the sale of unserviceable/
damaged furniture, dead stock library books, lab articles,
canteen vessels and sports articles in the Government
Middle School/Government High School under the
control of the Deputy Director of Education (Women) in
as-is-where-is condition.

2. The tenders in plain paper should be sealed and
addressed to the Deputy Director of Education (Women),
Directorate of School Education, Puducherry duly
superscribing on the envelope as “Tender for the
purchase of unserviceable/damaged furniture, dead stock
library books, lab articles, canteen vessels and sports
articles” and sent to reach the undersigned on or before
10-1-2019 at 3.00 p.m. The tenders will be opened on
the same day at 4.00 p.m. in the presence of the
tenderers who are present. The rates for each School
should be quoted separately in one cover. The auction
will be conducted from the highest rate quoted.
3. The tender will be opened on 10-1-2019 at 4.00 p.m.
If, the tenders opening day happens to be a public holiday,
the same will be opened on the next working day.
4. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount
of ` 3,000 (Rupees three thousand only) as earnest
money deposit. The earnest money deposit of the
unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately
after the tender sale is over.
5. Tenders received after the due date and time will
summarily be rejected.
6. The successful tenderer should pay the entire
amount and clear the items within 24 hours at his own
risk and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit
will be forfeited.
7. The intending tenderers may inspect the above-
mentioned old items during office hour on any working
day with prior permission of the Head of Institution during
2-1-2019 to 8-1-2019.
8. No claim on the quality and quantity of the
articles will be admitted once the tender is finalised.
9. GST at the rate applicable will be charged and
collected.
10. In case of any dispute, the decision of the
undersigned will be the final.
11. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all the tenders without assigning any
reason thereof.
