GOVERNMENT AUTOMOBILE WORKSHOP

Puducherry, the 31st December 2018.

NOTICE

Applications are invited from private workshops/

authorised dealers/service centres to carry out various

repairs of vehicles belonging to Government Departments

of Puducherry, Karaikal, Mahe and Yanam for enlisting

as recognised workshop for undertaking repairs/job works

of Government vehicles, as categorised below:

Types of workshops to be selected

1. Major repair workshop (including overhauling,

body patch work, tinkering, painting, electrical and

upholstery).

2. Minor repair workshop.

3. Patch work, tinkering and painting workshop.

4. Electrical repair workshop.

5. Upholstery repair workshop.

6. Servicing workshop.

The applications can be downloaded from the Department

website: https//transport.py.gov.in &www.py.gov.in from

02-01-2019 to 17-01-2019 at 5.00 p.m.

The filled in applications alongwith necessary enclosures

as prescribed in the application and a Demand Draft for

` 250 (Rupees two hundred and fifty only) as application

fee drawn from State Bank of India, payable at Puducherry,

in favour of Drawing and Disbursing Officer, Government

Automobile Workshop, Puducherry should reach the

Executive Engineer, Government Automobile Workshop,

Saram, Puducherry on or before 17-01-2019 at 5.45 p.m.

The applicant who have already applied alongwith

payment of application need to apply again. However,

application fee need not be paid again but should enclose

a copy of receipt to having paid.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE

Public are hereby informed that the unserviceable

furniture items and building waste materials available

in this Institution will be disposed off in as-is-where-

is condition by Tender-cum-Auction sale on 23-1-2019

at 10.30 a.m.

Terms and Conditions

1. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the

“Principal, Motilal Nehru Government Polytechnic

College, Puducherry” duly superscribing on the

envelope as “Tender for purchase of unserviceable/

obsolete articles” and should reach this office on or

before 23-1-2019 at 10.00 a.m. The tenders will be

opened at 11.30 a.m. on the same day in the presence

of the tenderers present if any, in the chamber of the

undersigned of Motilal Nehru Government Polytechnic

College, Puducherry-605 008.

2. The tender will be awarded to the highest tenderer

on the spot.

3. If, the highest tender amount offered by the

tenderer is found to be not acceptable by the

undersigned, then the public auction will be conducted

on the spot keeping the highest tender amount as the

minimum upset price for bid of auction.

4. The intending tenderers should deposit an earnest

money of

` 5,000 (Rupees five thousand only) along

with sealed tenders. The earnest money deposit of the

unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded on the same day

soon after completion of the tender/auction sale.

5. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the

entire amount soon after the completion of the tender/

auction sale and should clear the sold materials at his

own arrangements/cost before 5.00 p.m. on the same

day, failing which the office will not be held

responsible either for the safe custody or for loss or

damage of articles once the tender/auction sale is over.

6. GST/Sales-tax will be charged extra as per the

rate applicable as the time of tender/auction sale.

7. No claim on the quantity or quality of the articles

will be admitted once the tender/auction sale is over.

8. The intending tenderers can inspect the unserviceable

articles during the office hours from 10.00 a.m. to

12.00 noon on any working day, but, on or before the

date of tender/auction sale at this Institution with the

permission of the undersigned.

9. The tenders offered after the due date and time

will be rejected.

10. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any or all the tenders without assigning any

reason thereof and the decision of the undersigned in

this regard will be final and binding on all the

tenders. If, the tender/auction date falls on a holiday, the

tender/auction sale will be held on the next working

day.

11. Along with the tender, a copy of all the following

self attested documents should be submitted by the

tenderer.

(a) Aadhaar Card

(b) Valid Family Ration Card/Smart Card

12. Individuals/Partner of a firm who have/has been

punished under Criminal Procedure Code or any

criminal case is under process, is not eligible for

participating in the tender-cum-auction. Any false

representation is found during the tender process, the

tender offered by them/him will be cancelled and their/

his earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

13. If, any or all participant(s) misbehaves during

the tender/auction process, the tenderer(s) will be

removed from the place of auction, also his/their tender

will be rejected and the earnest money deposit will be

forfeited.

14. Any other person other than the tenderer or his

authorised person will not be admitted at the time of

opening the tenders/auction.

15. This office will not be in any way held

responsible for the safe custody or any loss of the sold

articles once the tender is finalised no claim on the

quantity and quality of the materials will be entertained.

TENDER NOTICE

Public are hereby informed that old condemned/

unserviceable items belonging to the Department of

Women and Child Development, Puducherry, will be

disposed off in as-is-where-is condition by tender sale

on 21-01-2019 at 4.00.

Terms and conditions

1. The sealed tenders should be addressed to

the Director, Department of Women and Child

Development, New Saram, Puducherry-605 013 duly

superscribing on the envelope as “Tender for the

purchase of old condemned/unserviceable articles” and

it should reach this office on or before 21-01-2019

at 10.30 a.m. The tenders will be opened at 4.00 p.m.

on the same day in the presence of the tenderers, if any

of them in the office of the undersigned.

2. The intending, tenderers can inspect the above

articles during the office hours on any working day but,

on or before the tender date at Anganwadi Centre,

Vinayagar Koil Street, Kottupalayam (ECR Road),

Lawspet, Puducherry and the Department of Women

and Child Development, Puducherry with the prior

permission of the undersigned.

3. The tenders will be awarded to the highest

tenderer on the spot. The tender quoted should be as

per the items basis and not on weight basis.

4. Along with the tenders, a copy of any of the

following self attested documents should be submitted

by the tenderers:

(a) Valid Family Ration Card/Smart Card

(b) Valid GST Certificate

5. The intending tenderers should deposit a sum of

` 2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) as an earnest

money deposit to the Cashier, Department of Women

and Child Development, Puducherry before submitting

their tender. Without earnest money deposit, the tender

will summarily be rejected.

6. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderers will be returned immediately after the tender

sale is over, whereas, the earnest money deposit of the

successful tenderer will be returned after the official

process is completed in all respects.

7. GST will be charged extra as per the rate

applicable at the time of tender sale.

8. No claim on the quantity or quality of the articles

will be admitted once the tender sale is over.

9. The tenders offered after the due date and time

will be rejected.

10. If any/all participant(s) misbehave(s) during the

tender process, the tenderer(s) will be removed from the

place of tender, also their/his/her tender will be rejected

and the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

11. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason

thereof. If, the tender date falls on holiday the tender

12. Tender sale is subject to the discretion of the

undersigned whose decision will be the final in case of

any dispute arises in this regard.
