8. The successful tenderer should pay the full

amount immediately as and when call made clear the

old items within 24 hours at his own risk and cost

failing which the earnest money deposit will be

forfeited.

9. No claim on the quantity and quality of the

articles will be admitted once the tender is finalized.

10. The intending tenderers can inspect the articles

during the office hours in the Chief Stores, Gorimedu,

Puducherry, premises.

11. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final.



within the Mannadipet Commune Panchayat limits, as detailed below.

year from the date of issue of the acceptance letter by

14. GST Will be collected on the sale of old

newspapers and magazines as per the rates prevailing

at the time of disposal/sale. Bidders with registered
