8. Necessary arrangements will be made by this Office for the participants of the bid to visit the land to

be auctioned.

9. The Government will not be responsible for the mistakes if any, regarding the details and extent of the

land.

10. The sale will not be final until confirmed by the Collector or other Officer empowered in that behalf.

The authorised Officer has every right to accept the bid amount, reject, adjourn or cancel the bid without citing

any reason.

11. The purchaser of the land has to bear the expenses regarding Sale Deed, Registration fees, Stamp fee,

Tax relating to the property and other miscellaneous legal expenses. The Sale Deed will be registered in the name

of the successful bidder.

12. After completion of the e-auction, the earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful bidders will be

refunded.

13. The auction is subject to The Puducherry Revenue Recovery Act, 1970 and the terms and conditions

mentioned above.

14. The details of the immovable property to be auctioned, the earnest money deposit to be paid by the

bidder to the Department, terms and conditions and security deposit can be learnt through the website

www.eauction.gov.in.
