Puducherry, the 28th January 2019.

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for the sale of uprooted

dry tree pieces (Kathuvazhai) of the Government High

Schools, Keezhparikalpet under the control of the

Chief Educational Officer, Puducherry on 20-2-2019.

2. Tenders in plain paper should be sealed and

addressed to the Chief Educational Officer, Directorate

of School Education, Puducherry, duly superscribing on

the envelope as “Tender for the uprooted dry try pieces

(Kathuvazhai)” and send to reach the undersigned on or

before 20-2-2019 at 10.00 a.m. The tenders will be

opened on the same day at 10.15 a.m. in the presence

of the tenderers who are present.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount

of ` 2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) as earnest money

deposit. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderers will be returned immediately after the tender

sale is over.

4. The tenders received after the due date and time

will be rejected.

5. The successful tenderer should pay the entire

amount and clear the items within 24 hours at his own

risk and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit

will be forfeited.

6. The intending tenderers may inspect the uprooted

dry tree pieces (Kathuvazhai) during School hours on any

working day with the prior permission of the concerned

Headmasters in the above Schools without any

disturbance to the students.

7. No claim on the quantity and quality of the

articles will be admitted once the tender is finalized.

8. GST at the rate applicable will be charged.

9. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final.

10. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any or all the tenders without assigning any

reason thereof.

TENDER-CUM-PUBLIC AUCTION NOTICE

Sealed tenders

are invited for the sale of

unserviceable/damaged furniture, dead stock and lab

articles in the Government Middle Schools/Government

High Schools under the control of the Deputy Director

of Education (Women), in as-is-where-is condition.

1. Perunthalaivar Kamaraj Government Boys’

High School, Muthialpet, Puducherry.

2. Government Girls’ High School, Maducarai,

Puducherry.

3. Veeramamunivar Government Boys’ High

School, Puducherry.

4. Arutchelvi Ayee Ammal Government Girls’

Middle School, Muthirayarpalayam, Puducherry.

5. Savarayalu Nayagar Government Girls’ High

School, Puducherry.

6. N. Varadhan Government Middle School,

Pillaichavady, Puducherry.

7. Government Girls’ Middle School, Delarshpet,

Puducherry.

2. The tenders in plain paper should be sealed and

addressed to the Deputy Director of Education

(Women), Directorate of School Education, Puducherry

duly superscribing on the envelope as “Tender for the

purchase of unserviceable/damaged furniture, dead

stock and lab articles items” and send to reach the

undersigned on or before 20-02-2019 at 3.00 p.m.

The tenders will be opened on the same day at 4.00 p.m.

in the presence of the tenderers who are present.

The rates for each School should be quoted separately

in one cover. The auction will be conducted from the

highest rate quoted.

3. The tender will be opened on 20-02-2019

at 4.00 p.m. If, the tender opening day happens to be

a public holiday, the same will be opened on the next

working day.

4. The intending tenderers should deposit an

amount of ` 3,000 (Rupees three thousand only) as earnest

money deposit. The earnest money deposit of the

unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately after

the tender sale is over.

5. Tenders received after the due date and time will

summarily be rejected.

6. The successful tenderer should pay the entire

amount and clear the items within 24 hours at his/her

7. The intending tenderers may inspect the unserviceable/

damaged furniture, dead stock and lab articles during office

hours on any working day with the prior permission of

the Head of Institution during 12-02-2019 to 19-02-2019.

8. No claim on the quantity and quality of the articles

will be admitted once the tender is finalised.

9. GST at the rate applicable will be charged and

collected. Tenders with registered GST Certificate will

be allowed to participate in the tender process.

10. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final.

11. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason

thereof.
