4. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderers will be refunded after the tender sale is over/

finalized.

5. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any tender or all the items without assigning any

reason thereof. The decision of the undersigned is final

in case of any dispute.

6. The successful tenderer should pay the entire

amount immediately and clear all the articles within

24 hours at his own risk and cost, failing which the

earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

7. No claim about the quantity, quality and value of

the unserviceable furniture items will be admitted once

the tender is finalized.

8. The intending tenderers can inspect the items

during the office hours on any working day in the

District Institute of Education and Training, Lawspet,

Puducherry with the permission of the Principal,

between 10.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. during 21-02-2019

to 25-02-2019.

9. The sale will be effected only to the highest

bidder.

10. The Government is in no way be held

responsible for the safe custody of the articles once the

tender is confirmed.

11. The Sales tax as per the rate in force will be

charged extra on the amount finalized.

12.

The tender will be opened on 01-03-2019 at

03.00 p.m. If, the tender opening day happens to be a

public holiday, the same will be opened on the next

working day. Any incomplete tender received is liable

for rejection.

has been mentioned as ‘Krishnaprasath.R’.

In the Transfer Certificate under Admission

No. TS-2313 issued by the Principal, The Study, my said

son’s name has been mentioned as ‘R.Krishna Prasath’.

In the Transfer Certificate under Admission

No. S-216/14 issued by the Madras Christian College

Higher Secondary School, in the Identity Card issued

by the Principal, Achariya Bala Siksha Mandir and

in the Study Certificate, dated 27-10-2018 issued by

the Vice-Principal, Achariya Bala Siksha Mandir, my

said son’s name has been mentioned as ‘Krishna

Prasth.R’.

In the Aadhaar Card under No. 7380 7060 1785

issued by the Unique Identifcation Authority of India,

my said son’s name has been mentioned as ‘R.Krishna

Prasath’.
