NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168 of the Puducherry Goods
and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 6 of 2017), read with sub-rule (5) of rule 61 of
the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 (hereafter in this notification
referred to as the said rules), the Commissioner, on the recommendations of the
Council, hereby makes the following further Amendments in Notification issued in
No. 3240/CTD/GST/2017/6, dated the 10th August, 2018, published in the
Gazette of Puducherry, Extraordinary, Part-I, No. 109, dated the 10th August, 2018,
