Puducherry, the 21st February 2019.

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the rates are invited for the

sale of old/unserviceable articles mentioned in the

Annexure belonging to the Directorate of Accounts and

Treasuries, Puducherry in as-is-where-is condition in

one lot by tender on 12-03-2019 in this office.

Conditions for sale

2. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the

Director, Directorate of Accounts and Treasuries,

Puducherry duly superscribing on the envelope as

“Tender for the purchase of old/unserviceable articles”

and sent to reach the undersigned on or before

12-03-2019 at 4.00 p.m. The tenders will be opened

at 4.30 p.m. on the same day in the presence of

attending tenderers. If, the day prescribed being

declared as public holiday, the tenders will be opened

on the next working day.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit an earnest

money (EMD) of an amount ` l,500 (Rupees one

thousand five hundred only) in the form of Demand

Draft/Banker’s Cheque of any Nationalised Bank

payable at Puducherry, drawn in favour of ‘the Junior

Accounts Officer (Estt.), Directorate of Accounts and

Treasuries, Puducherry’ along with the sealed tender.

The earnest money deposit of unsuccessful tenderers

will be refunded on the same day soon after the

completion of tender sale.

4. The rate should be quoted for one lot.

5. The successful tenderer should remit the full

amount in Cash/D.D with GST extra as applicable as

per the rules.

6. Each tenderer should enclose a copy of any one

of the following documents:

(1) Aadhaar Card/Voter’s I.D. Card/Driving

Licence.

(2) GST Registration Certificate.

7. If, he is exempted for payment of GST, an

undertaking should be submitted.

8. No claim on the quantity of the old/ unserviceable

articles will be admitted once the tender is over.

9. The intending tenderers can inspect the old/

unserviceable articles during office hours from 10.00

a.m. to 12.00 noon on 11-03-2019 with the permission

of the undersigned.

10. The tender offered after the due date and time

will be rejected.

11. The undersigned reserves the right either to

increase or decrease the quantity of the tender materials

to be sold and also right to accept or reject the rate

quoted by the tenderers fully or partially without

assigning any reasons thereof. In case of any dispute,

the decision of the undersigned will be the final.

Puducherry, the 27th February 2019.

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for taking on lease of

Usufructs trees of 35 (thirty-five) bearing Coconut

trees, 45 (forty-five) non-bearing Coconut trees, and 20

(twenty) young Coconut trees in the Coir Growth

Centre,

Chinnaveerampattinam,

Ariyankuppam

Commune, Puducherry for a period of 1 (one) year from

April 2019 to March 2020.

2. The tenders should reach the General Manager,

District Industries Centre, Thattanchavady, Puducherry

on or before 3.00 p.m. on 13-3-2019. The tenders will

be opened by the General Manager in the Office of the

District Industries Centre at Thattanchavady, Puducherry

at 3.30 p.m. on the same day in the presence of the

tenderers who choose to be present.

3. The tenders received after the due date and time

will be rejected.

4. The intending tenderers may inspect the usufructs

trees in the Coir Growth Centre, Chinna Veerampattinam,

Ariyankuppam Commune, Puducherry at any time

during the office hours.

5. The intending tenderers should submit their

tenders in sealed cover superscribed with the words

“Tender for the usufructs trees in the Coir Growth

Centre, Chinnaveerampattinam, Ariyankuppam Commune,

Puducherry”.

6. The tenders should be in whole of rupees only.

The tenders from those who are kept in arrears to this

office as on 13-3-2019 will not be accepted.

7. (i) The intending tenderers should deposit an

amount of ` 250 (Rupees two hundred and fifty only)

in cash as earnest money deposit along with the tender.

The earnest money deposit will be returned to the

unsuccessful tenderers as and when the tender process

is completed.

(ii) The successful tenderer should remit the

balance of tender amount immediately by deducting the

earnest money amount.

(iii) An acceptance letter should be provided by

the successful tenderer within a week’s time only after

receipt of the same, the successful tenderer would be

allowed to enjoy the usufructs.

8. If, the tender opening date i.e., 13-3-2019 happens

to be a holiday, the tenders will be accepted on the next

working day up to 3.00 p.m and it will be opened at

3.30 p.m. on the same day by the General Manager,

District Industries Centre, Puducherry.

9. This office reserves the right to accept or reject

or any or all the tenders without assigning any reason

thereof.

10. If, any dispute arises in this regard, the decision

of the General Manager, District Industries Centre,

Puducherry will be the final.
