any tender without assigning any reasons thereof.

Contravention of the rules of the tender notice will

result in the forfeitures of the earnest money deposit.

The successful tenderers shall arrange to weigh the

newspapers, pay the cost of newspapers including GST.

The items should be cleared within one day after

finalizing the tender. The materials can be inspected

during office hours on any working day.

No claim on the quantity and quality and value of

the said goods will be entertained once the tender is

finalized.

Tenders received after the due date and time will not

be accepted and the decision of the undersigned will

be the final.

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the rate per kilogram/unit

(excluding GST) are invited for the sale of old

condemned furniture and science lab articles belonging

to Dr. Ambedkar Government Higher Secondary School,

Kirumampakkam, Puducherry.

Sealed tenders should be addressed to the undersigned

duly superscribed on the envelope as “Tender for the

purchase of old condemned furniture and science lab

articles” and sent so as to reach the Vice-Principal of

Dr. Ambedkar Government Higher Secondary School,

Kirumampakkam, Puducherry on or before 12.00 noon

of 23-03-2019. The tenders will be opened at 3.00 p.m.

on the same day in the presence of the tenderers.

The intending tenderers should deposit an amount

of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) as earnest money

deposit in cash and it will be refunded to the

unsuccessful tenderers, after the acceptance of the

highest tender/finalization of the tender sale, the tenders

without the earnest money deposit will not be taken into

consideration.

The terms and conditions related to the acceptance

of tender are as follows:



The tenders received after the due date and

time will be rejected.

Successful tenderer should pay the full amount

immediately and clear the items within 24 hours at

his own risk and expenses.

The successful tenderer should make his/her

own arrangements for clearing the condemned furniture

and old articles.

GST will be collected extra as per the rate

applicable.

The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.

In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned shall be the final.

notice in the Official Gazette.
