4. Tenders received after the due date and time will

be rejected.

5. The successful tenderer shuold pay the entire

amount and clear the items within 24 hours at his own

risk and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit

will be forfeited.

6. The intending tenderers may inspect the said

article during School hours on any working day with the

prior permission of the Vice-Principal, in the School

without any disturbance to the students.

7. No claim on the quantity and quality of the

articles will be admitted once the tender is finalised.

8. The GST at the rate applicable will be charged.

9. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

I, Soupramaniane, son of Covindarassou, residing

at No.1, North Street, Near Market, SMV Puram East,

Villianur, Puducherry-605 110, do hereby solemnly and

sincerely affirm and state as follows:

I am the deponent herein and I am well known the

facts of my deposition.

My name is mentioned as ‘Soupramaniane

’ in my Birth Certificate, Aadhaar Card,

Elector’s Photo Identity Card, Indian Passport,

Family Ration Card and in my Livret de Famille Book.

But, my name written as ‘Subramanian’ in my

Pension Payment Order Book (P.P.O. No. 14784).

Hence, I declare that both these names

‘Soupramaniane’, () and ‘Subramanian’

are refer to one and the same person i.e., myself

only.

‘Soupramaniane’ only as per my abovesaid records.

I am making this affidavit for the proof of my
