Sealed tenders are invited for the sale of cut pieces

of Kondrai tree of Manimegalai Government Girls’ Higher

Secondary

School,

Puducherry on 20-6-2019 as

mentioned in the Table below.

2. Tenders in plain paper should be sealed and

addressed to the Vice-Principal, Manimegalai Government

Girls’ Higher Secondary School, Puducherry duly

superscribing on the envelope as “Tender for the

purchase of cut pieces of Kondrai tree to reach the

undersigned on or before 20-6-2019 at 10.00 a.m. The

tenders will be opened on the same day at 10.30 a.m. in

the presence of the tenderers who are present.

3. The intending tenders should deposit an amount of

` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) as earnest money

deposit. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderers will be returned immediately after the tender

sale is over.

4. Tenders received after the due date and time will

be rejected.

5. The successful tenderer shuold pay the entire

amount and clear the items within 24 hours at his own

risk and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit

will be forfeited.

6. The intending tenderers may inspect the said

article during School hours on any working day with the

prior permission of the Vice-Principal, in the School

without any disturbance to the students.

7. No claim on the quantity and quality of the

articles will be admitted once the tender is finalised.

8. The GST at the rate applicable will be charged.

9. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final.

10. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any or all the tenders without assigning any

reason thereof.
