PROCLAMATION OF THE PURCHASE OF LAND
It is hereby publicly notified for general information that Tmt. Vinobala, w/o. Sendilcoumare of Sandhai
Pudukuppam Village in Villianur Taluk of Puducherry District has purchased on 28-01-2019 at a public e-auction, the
undermentioned land sold for arrears of revenue due by Thiru Krishnamoorthy (late), s/o. Kannu Counder and
Tmt. Nagakanni, w/o. Krishnamurthy, the land holders in the undermentioned Village and has paid the full purchase
money viz., ` 3,21,500 (Rupees three lakhs twenty-one thousand five hundred only) and that the land has been
registered in her name. It is therefore, declared that the said has succeeded to all the rights and property of the
present registered holder in the said land.

The notice of voluntary retirement given under rule 48
of Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972 by
Thiru P. Palanisamy, Assistant Engineer (Automobile),
Regional Transport Officer, Group ‘B’ Gazetted
(Technical), who is working as Regional Transport
Officer in the Branch Office of Transport Department,
Karaikal, is accepted.
2. Accordingly, he shall retire from service with
effect from the forenoon of 03-07-2019.

NOTICE INVITING e-TENDERS FOR SUPPLY OF
PAPER AND BOARD ITEMS FOR THE YEAR 2019-20
“e-Tenders” are invited on behalf of the President of
India by the Director, Directorate of Stationery and
Printing, Puducherry, for Centralised Purchase of paper
and board items for the year 2019-20 for use in the
Directorate of Stationery and Printing, Puducherry.
The Tenderers, for supply of paper and board items
shall hold valid GST Registration Certificate.
2. Tenderers should submit their tender online at the
Government website http://pudutenders.gov.in..

3. The Tender details and ‘Terms and Conditions’
may also be downloaded from the website http://
www.py.gov.in and http://styandptg.puducherry.gov.in
for reference only. Tenders will be processed online
only and hence, hardcopy submission of tenders will
not be accepted.
4. The technical tender and other documents will be
evaluated only on receipt of Earnest Money Deposit in
the form of Demand Draft. Demand Draft for Earnest
Money Deposit will be submitted in sealed cover ‘A’
superscribed as “Earnest Money Deposit for supply of
paper and board items 2019-20” and mill samples in
sealed cover ‘B’ as specified in the tender document
superscribed as “Sample paper and board items
2019-20” which will be received up to 29-07-2019 at
4.00 p.m. in the Directorate of Stationery and Printing,
Puducherry.
