TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited by the undersigned from
the authorized collection centre(s)/registered dismantler(s)
recyclers towards the disposal of unserviceable/
absolute electronic/electric articles (e-waste) belonging
to this Institute in “as-is-where-is” condition.
2. The intending bidders may inspect the articles at
the office of the undersigned between 10.30 a.m. and
12.30 p.m. on 26-7-2019 and 29-7-2019 with the
permission of the officer concerned. Copies of tender
schedule can be had in person on payment of
` 100
(Rupees one hundred only) plus Sales tax/GST as
admissible (non-refundable).
3. Sealed tenders in the prescribed Tender Form
addressed to the Medical Superintendent, Indira Gandhi
Government General Hospital and Postgraduate
Institute, Puducherry, superscribed as “Tender for
purchase of unserviceable articles” should reach this
office on or before 30-7-2019 by 12.30 p.m. Each
tenderer should be enclosed a Demand Draft for an
amount of ` 10,000 drawn in favour of the Junior
Accounts Officer, Indira Gandhi Government General
Hospital and Postgraduate Institute, Puducherry, as
earnest money deposit.
4. The valid Authorised Certificate issued by State/
Union Territory should be enclosed with the tender.
5. Tenders will be opened on 30-7-2019 at 4.00 p.m.
at the office of the undersigned in the presence of the
tenderers those who are present at the time of opening
of tenders.
6. If, the highest tender amount offered by the
bidders is found to be not accepted by the undersigned,
the public auction will be conducted on the spot
keeping the highest tender amount as minimum bid.
7. The earnest money deposit of the successful
tenderer will be adjusted against the sale proceeds and
the earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful
tenderers will be discharged/returned immediately.
8. The tenderer or his authorized agent (only one
person) may choose to be present at the time of opening
the
tenders. Authorized
person
should
bring
authorization letter as prescribed.
9. Acceptance of the tender will be intimated to the
successful tenderer after finalization of the tender sale.
Successful tenderer only allowed to clear/remove the
materials.
10. The successful tenderer should pay the cost of
articles plus applicable Sales tax/GST and make his own
arrangement to clear/remove the articles within 7 days
from the date of tender. Otherwise, the earnest money
deposit will be forfeited.
11. This office will not be in any way held
responsible for the safe custody or any loss of the sold
articles. Once the tender is finalised, no claim on the
quantity and quality of the materials will be entertained.
12. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any
or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof and
the decision of the undersigned in this regard will be
final and binding on all the tenders.

Al Muniyammal’ are refer to myself only. Similarly,

1. I am the deponent herein. I swear this affidavit
on behalf of my elder son who is a minor namely,
‘Mehatar Khan’ who was born on 19-2-2009 at
Puducherry out of the lawful wedlock of myself and
my wife namely, Thaibunisa, the elders of my family
have wrongly given his name as ‘Mehatar Khan’
instead of ‘Mohammed Umar’ and his birth has been
registered with the Office of the Registrar of Births
and Deaths, Pondicherry Municipality, Puducherry
vide Registration No.C/2009/00364, dated 23-2-2009
with a mistakenly registered name as ‘Mehatar Khan’
instead of ‘Mohammed Umar’, recently, I came to
know that my elder son’s name i.e., ‘Mehatar Khan’
as given in his above referred Birth Certificate is not
an Islamic name. Due to oversight, we have not made
the above corrections so far.
2. My elder son’s name has been mentioned as
‘’ in my Family Ration Card bearing
No.183236, dated 10-1-2012 issued by the Department
of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Puducherry.
3. My elder son’s name has been mentioned as
‘Mehatar Khan’ in his Aadhaar Card bearing No. 8958
5612 1093.
4. As the name ‘Mehatar Khan’ is not an Islamic
name and also as my elder son is a minor, being a
father, I have changed his name as ‘Mohammed Umar
()’ instead of ‘Mehatar Khan’ with my
own consent. If, any legal dispute arises in future in
this regard, I will settle it with my own responsibility
and I assure that nobody is responsible for it.
Henceforth, my elder son will not be called and
known as ‘Mehatar Khan’, but, he will be called and
known as ‘Mohammed Umar’ only.
I state that what are all stated in the above paragraphs
is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, belief
and information.

Corrigendum:
CHAPTER-X (Levy of carrying charge for littering in
public premises) shall be revised as follows:
Whoever contravenes the provisions of bye-law
