and relate to one and the same person that is myself

CORRIGENDUM/ADDENDUM
In partial modification of the Gazette notification vide
No. 36-26/Rev./MM/2016-17, dated 22-03-2017, published
in the Extraordinary Gazette, Part-II, No. 15, dated
31-03-2017 and subsequent Corrigendum/Addendum,
dated 09-08-2017, published in the Extraordinary Gazette,
Part-II, No. 53, dated 18-08-2017, the following further
changes is hereby published as Draft Bye-laws for
information of all persons likely to be affected thereby
and notice are hereby given that the said Bye-laws shall
be taken into consideration after the expiry of 30 (Thirty)
days from the date of its publication in the Official
Gazette.
Corrigendum:
CHAPTER-X (Levy of carrying charge for littering in
public premises) shall be revised as follows:
Whoever contravenes the provisions of bye-law
4 by littering in public places shall be liable to pay
carrying charge as prescribed in the schedule
appended to these Bye-Laws in addition to the
collection charge.
Addendum:
The following Schedule for carrying charges to be
levied in case of violation of the Bye-Laws shall be
inserted next to the Schedule for Collection Charges:

The other contents of the notification vide No. 36-26/
Rev./MM/2016-17, dated 22-03-2017 and Corrigendum/
Addendum, dated 09-08-2017 remains unchanged.

dated 30-04-2017, the following shall be substituted
in Serial No. 4 of table (a) and (b) namely: as “One
Member to be nominated by the Chairman of District
Legal Services Authority, Puducherry”, instead of “One
Member to be nominated by Chairman of Puducherry
Legal Services Authority”.
