It is hereby informed that the following candidates have lost their original Higher Secondary Examination
Mark Certificates beyond the scope of recovery, the necessary steps have been taken to issue duplicate certificates.
If, any one finds the original mark certificate(s), it/they may be sent to the Secretary, State Board of Secondary
Examinations, College Road, Chennai – 600 006 for cancellation, as it is/they are no longer valid.

TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders offering the rate per kilogram
(excluding Sales tax) are invited for the sale of old
newspapers (Malayalam and English) pertaining to the
office of the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies,
Mahe.
2. The rates should be quoted per kilogram for the
following items separately.

3. Sealed tenders should be addressed to the
undersigned duly superscribed on the envelope as
“Tender for the purchase of old newspapers” and sent
so as to reach the Office of the Deputy Registrar of
Co-operative Societies on or before 05-08-2019 at 2.30 p.m.
The tenders will be opened at 3.00 p.m. on the same day
in the presence of tenderers.
4. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount
of ` 200 (Rupees two hundred only) as earnest money
deposit in cash and it will be refunded to the
unsuccessful tenderers, after the acceptance of the
highest tender/finalisation of the tender. Tenders
without the above earnest money deposit will not be
taken into consideration. The terms and conditions
related to the acceptance of the tenders are as follows:
The tenders received after the due date and time
will be rejected.
The successful tenderer should pay the full
amount immediately after the tender sale is over
and clear the items within 24 hours at his own
risk and expenses.

The successful tenderer should make his/her
own arrangements for weighing the newspapers.
Sales tax will be collected extra as per the rate
applicable.
The undersigned reserves the right to accept
or reject any tender without assigning any reason
thereof.
In case of any dispute, the decision of the
undersigned will be the final.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited by the undersigned from
the authorized collection centre(s)/registered dismantler(s)
recyclers towards the disposal of unserviceable/
absolute electronic/electric articles (e-waste) belonging
to this Institute in “as-is-where-is” condition.
2. The intending bidders may inspect the articles at
the office of the undersigned between 10.30 a.m. and
12.30 p.m. on 26-7-2019 and 29-7-2019 with the
permission of the officer concerned. Copies of tender
schedule can be had in person on payment of
` 100
(Rupees one hundred only) plus Sales tax/GST as
admissible (non-refundable).
3. Sealed tenders in the prescribed Tender Form
addressed to the Medical Superintendent, Indira Gandhi
Government General Hospital and Postgraduate
Institute, Puducherry, superscribed as “Tender for
purchase of unserviceable articles” should reach this
office on or before 30-7-2019 by 12.30 p.m. Each
tenderer should be enclosed a Demand Draft for an
amount of ` 10,000 drawn in favour of the Junior
Accounts Officer, Indira Gandhi Government General
Hospital and Postgraduate Institute, Puducherry, as
earnest money deposit.
4. The valid Authorised Certificate issued by State/
Union Territory should be enclosed with the tender.
5. Tenders will be opened on 30-7-2019 at 4.00 p.m.
at the office of the undersigned in the presence of the
tenderers those who are present at the time of opening
of tenders.
6. If, the highest tender amount offered by the
bidders is found to be not accepted by the undersigned,
the public auction will be conducted on the spot
keeping the highest tender amount as minimum bid.
7. The earnest money deposit of the successful
tenderer will be adjusted against the sale proceeds and
the earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful
tenderers will be discharged/returned immediately.
8. The tenderer or his authorized agent (only one
person) may choose to be present at the time of opening
the
tenders. Authorized
person
should
bring
authorization letter as prescribed.
9. Acceptance of the tender will be intimated to the
successful tenderer after finalization of the tender sale.
Successful tenderer only allowed to clear/remove the
materials.
10. The successful tenderer should pay the cost of
articles plus applicable Sales tax/GST and make his own
arrangement to clear/remove the articles within 7 days
from the date of tender. Otherwise, the earnest money
deposit will be forfeited.
11. This office will not be in any way held
responsible for the safe custody or any loss of the sold
articles. Once the tender is finalised, no claim on the
quantity and quality of the materials will be entertained.
12. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any
or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof and
the decision of the undersigned in this regard will be
final and binding on all the tenders.

Pondicherry Municipality, Puducherry and my father’s
name is mentioned as ‘Nicolas Maurice’.
I submit that my name is mentioned as
‘R Ranjithkumar’ in my Aadhaar Card No. 9635 3336
7817 and my father’s name is mentioned as
‘Rajendiran’.
