1976, promulgated in this Union Territory by the Puducherry Village and Commune Panchayats Act, 1973, objections,
if any, to the setting up of the above industry, are invited to reach the Commissioner, Thirumalairayanpattinam Commune
Panchayat within fifteen days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.
The objections so received within the specified period will be considered by this Commune Panchayat.

In my Elector’s Photo Identity Card under

‘Joseph’ and my deceased father’s name has been
mentioned as ‘Magimaidass (’.
In my Aadhaar Card under No. 5840 4580 9980,
my name has been mentioned as ‘Joseph’ and
my deceased father’s name has been mentioned
as ‘Makimaidass’.
In my father’s Birth Certificate under Registration
No. 266/1922, his name has been mentioned as
‘Maguimedassou Aroulappah’ and my grandfather’s
name has been mentioned as ‘Tambidassou
Aroulappah’ and my great grandfather’s name has
been mentioned as ‘Arpoudame Aroulappah’,
my great grandmother’s name has been mentioned as
‘Sandanamarie Aroulappah’.
In my grandfather ’s Marriage Certificate,
my grandfather’s name has been mentioned as
‘Tambidassu Arokiasamy’ and my great grandfather’s
name has been mentioned as ‘Arpudam’ and
my great grandmother’s name has been mentioned as
‘Sandanam’.
Therefore, I do hereby declare that the said names
‘Maguimedasse’, ‘Magimaidass (’,
‘Makimaidass’, ‘Maguimedassou’ and ‘Aroulappah’
are refer, identify and relate to one and the same
person that is my deceased father only.
