10. No claim on the quantity and quality for the

articles will be admitted once the tender is finalized.

11. The intending tenderers can inspect the articles

during office hours in the Chief Stores, Police

Department, Gorimedu premises.

12. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final.

13. A separate rate must be quoted on each items.

14. The highest bid rate will be valid for 01 (one)

year from the date of issue of the acceptance letter by

the undersigned.

15. GST will be collected on the sale of old

newspapers and magazines as per the rates prevailing

at the time of disposal/sale. Bidders with registered

Goods and Service Tax (GST) only must participate in

the tender/auction sale.
