7. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any or all the tenders without assigning any

reason thereof.

8. The successful tenderer should pay the full

amount immediately as and when a call is made and clear

the old items within 24 hours at his own risk and cost,

failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

9. No claim on the quantity and quality of the

articles will be admitted once the tender/auction sale is

finalized.

10. The intending tenderers can inspect the articles

during the office hours in the office store with the

permission of the undersigned.

11. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final.

12. A separate rate must be quoted on each items.

13. The highest bid rate will be valid for 01 (one)

year from the date of issue of the acceptance letter by

the undersigned.

14. GST will be collected on the sale of old

newspapers, magazines and waste papers as per the

rates prevailing at the time of disposal/sale. Bidders

with registered Goods and Services Tax (GST) only must

allow to participate in the tender/auction processes.

Thirumalairayanpattinam Commune Panchayat within fifteen days from the date of publication of this notice in the

Official Gazette for the above purposes.

AFFIDAVIT

I, K. Ramesh, son of Kathavarayan (late), residing

at No. 38, Cuddalore Main Road, Nonankuppam,

Ariyankuppam, Puducherry-605 007, do hereby solemnly

and sincerely affirm on oath and declare as follows:

I state that my father’s original name is

‘Kathavarayan’ and the same has been mentioned in

my 10th Standard School Transfer Certificate issued

by the Headmaster, Thanthai Periyar Government

High School, Ariyankuppam, Puducherry under Serial

No. 101/94-95, dated 26-06-1994, Caste Certificate

issued by the Deputy Tahsildar, Taluk Office,

Puducherry under C.No. 33937/TOP/F/99, dated

03-12-1999, Driving Licence No. PY-01-19980003896,

dated 10-06-1998 issued by the Licensing Authority,

Transport Department, Puducherry and in my Aadhaar

Card No. 7870 7508 8893.

I state that my father was also known in the

residence by the home-calling name as ‘Nesan’ and

the same has been entered in my PAN Card under

No. APUPR7695R.

I declare that both my abovesaid names viz.,

‘Kathavarayan’ and ‘Nesan’ entered on the abovesaid

records are denote one and the same person that is

referring my father only.
