Research and Public Works’ as Secretary to Government,

Puducherry.

2. This issues with the concurrence of the Election

Commission of India vide Letter No. 154/PUDU/2019-

P. Admn., dated 16-10-2019 of the Secretary, Election

Commission of India, New Delhi.
