DECLARATION BY DISTRICT COLLECTOR

Whereas, it appears to the Government that an extent of 00.65.72 hectares land at Odiampet Revenue Village

and an extent of 00.11.93 hectares land at Kurumbapet Revenue Village, Villianur Taluk in the Puducherry District

are required for public purpose, namely, formation of link road South of Puducherry-Villupuram Railway line

bypassing of Arumparthapuram-Natesan Nagar segment of NH45A.

Therefore, declaration under section 19(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land

Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 is made that a piece of land, measuring to an extent of 00.65.72

hectares in the Odiampet Revenue Village and an extent of 00.11.93 hectares land at Kurumbapet Revenue Village of

Villianur Taluk in Puducherry District, whose detailed description is as follows, is acquired for the said purpose.
