Puducherry, is pleased to designate the Station House

Officer-II as Juvenile/Child Welfare Police Officer for the

purpose of the said Act in case two Sub-Inspectors are

posted in a Police Station and where there is only one

Sub-Inspector posted in a Police Station as the Station

House Officer, that Station House Officer will be a

Juvenile/Child Welfare Police Officer.
