Whereas, in view of the visit of the Hon’ble President of India to Karaikal
on 24-12-2019, various security arrangements are being taken by the District
Administration.
And whereas, as a measure to beef-up security there shall be restriction
on the aerial photography or videography in any form such as by use of drone
cameras, flying balloons, etc. Hence, there is sufficient ground for proceeding under
section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, to prevent aerial photography or
videography in any form such as by use of drone cameras, flying balloons, etc.
