NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13 of

the Puducherry Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1967 (Act 5 of 1967), the

Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to extend the time-limit up to 30-11-2019

for payment of Motor Vehicles Tax for the 3rd quarter of the financial year 2019-20

i.e., from 01-10-2019 to 31-12-2019 in respect of all Transport Vehicles used or kept

for use in the Union territory of Puducherry.
