8. The successful tenderer should pay the cost of

the articles including all applicable GST.

9. Tenders without earnest money deposit will not

be taken into consideration. Tenders received after the

due date and time will be rejected.

10. The successful tenderers should pay the full

amount immediately as and when call made and clear

the items within 24 hours at his own risk and expenses,

failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

11. This Department will not be in any way held

responsible for the safe custody or any loss of the sold

articles. Once the tender is finalized, no claim on the

quantity and quality of the materials will be entertained.

12. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any

or all the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof

the decision of the undersigned will be the final and

binding on all the tenders.

Official Gazette.

The objections so received within the specified period will be considered by Thirumalairayanpattinam

Commune Panchayat.

In my Birth Certificate in Registration No. M/1986/

06700, dated 20-10-1986, my name is written as

‘G. Preetha’ and in my Indian Passport No. S0822182,

my name is written as ‘Preetha Gunasegaran’.

Whereas, my name is written as ‘Preetha G’, in my

PAN Card No. BYSPP9237M and in my Driving

Licence No. PY01 20030007356. My name is written

as ‘Preetha’ in my Aadhaar Card No. 9209 4281 1591

and in my Voter’s Identity Card No. JQW0412890. Also

I state that my name is written as ‘Preetha G.’ in all

my Educational Records, Certificates and Mark

Sheets. In my Family Ration Card vide No. 131716,

my name is written as ‘’.

Hence, ‘Preetha G.’ and ‘Preetha Gunasegaran’ are

refer to one and the same person i.e., myself only, here

‘Preetha’ is my given name and ‘Gunasegaran’ is my

surname i.e., my father’s name.

I state and declare that the names ‘G. Preetha

‘Preetha’, G.’, ‘Preetha Gunasegaran’, ‘Preetha’ and

‘’ are belong to one and the same person i.e.,
