NOTIFICATION

The ponds, which have been described in the Annexure to this Notification are owned and controlled by

the Commissioner and exclusive right of leasing is rested with the Neravy Commune Panchayat. Other tank/pond,

if any, left out in the list and stand registered in the name of temple/individuals are deemed to be owned by the

Commune Panchayat. Any desilting/removal of silt work in the ponds owned by the Local Body Institutions to be

undertaken only after getting due approval from the Sub/Deputy Collector (Revenue), Karaikal, on remitting

prescribed Royalty Fee and with the consent of the Commune Panchayat. The work will be supervised by the

Commissioner concerned or his representative. The silt shall be removed by the applicant at his own cost and no

damage shall be caused to the pond or to the capacity of the water body during the silt removal and that the applicant

shall compensate for the damages, if, it so happens.

NOTICE OF ATTACHMENT

Notice of attachment to Thiru N.K. Sundaram,

son of Thiru N.K. Balakrishnan, Proprietor of

M/s. Salila Auto Fuels, Pandakkal, Mahe, in the

Village of Pandakkal of Mahe Sub-Taluk.

Take notice that as you have not paid or shown

sufficient cause for the non-payment of ` 2,17,56,835

(Rupees two crore seventeen lakh fifty-six thousand

eight hundred and thirty-five only) although the said

sum has been duly demanded in writing from you, the

landed property belonging to you at R.S. No. 28/15 of

Pandakkal Revenue Village, measuring to an extent of

00.08.00 H.A.C. is hereby placed under attachment and

that unless the arrear due by you with interest and other

charges be paid within 15 days the landed property will

be brought to sale in due course of law. You will further

take notice that from the date of this Attachment Notice

until the date of sale of your land hereby attached,

you are and will be held liable for all dues thereon

accruing, and the said dues will be demanded of, and

levied from you as arrears of land revenue.
