TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE

Public are hereby informed that the unserviceable/

obsolete articles/equipments available in this Institution

will be disposed off in as-is-where-is condition by Tender-

cum-Auction sale on 13-03-2020 at 10.30 a.m.

Terms and Conditions

1. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the

Principal, Motilal Nehru Government Polytechnic

College, Puducherry, duly superscribing on the

envelope as “Tender for purchase of unserviceable/

obsolete articles/equipments” and should reach this

office on or before 13-03-2019 at 10.00 a.m. The tenders

will be opened at 11.30 a.m. on the same day in the

presence of tenderers present if any in the chamber of

the undersigned at Motilal Nehru Government

Polytechnic College, Puducherry-605 008.

2. The tender will be awarded to the highest tenderer

on the spot.

3. If, the highest tender amount offered by the

tenderer is found to be not acceptable to the

undersigned, then public auction will be conducted on

the spot keeping the highest tender amount as minimum

upset price for bid of auction.

4. The intending tenderers should deposit an earnest

money of ` 5,000 (Rupees five thousand only) along

with sealed tender. The earnest money deposit of the

unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded on the same

day soon after the completion of the tender/auction

sale.

5. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the

entire amount soon after the completion of the tender/

auction sale and should clear the sold materials at his/her

own arrangements/cost before 5.00 p.m. on the same

day, failing of which the office will not be held

responsible either for the safe custody or for loss or

damage of articles once the tender/auction sale is over.

6. GST/Sales tax will be charged extra as per the rate

applicable at the time of tender/auction sale.

7. No claim on the quantity or quality of the articles

will be admitted once the tender/auction sale is over.

8. The intending

tenderers can

inspect the

unserviceable articles during the office hours from

10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon on any working day, but, on or

before the date of tender/auction sale at this Institution

with the permission of the undersigned.

9. The tenders offered after the due date and time

will be rejected.

10. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason

thereof and the decision of the undersigned in this

regard will be final and binding on all the tenders. If,

the tender/auction date falls on a holiday, the tender/

auction sale will be held on the next working day.

11. Along with the tender, a copy of all the following

self attested documents should be submitted by the

tenderer.

(a) Aadhaar Card

(b) Valid Family Ration Card/Smart Card,

12. Individuals/Partner of a firm who have/has been

punished under the Criminal Procedure Code or any

criminal case is under process is not eligible for

participating in the tender-cum-auction. Any false

representation is found during the tender/auction

process, the tender offered by them/him/her will be

cancelled and their/his/her earnest money deposit will

be forfeited.

13. If, any all participant(s) misbehave(s) during the

tender/auction process, the tenderer(s) will be removed

from the place of auction, also his/her/their tender(s)

will be rejected and the earnest money deposit will be

forfeited.

14. Any other person than the tenderer or his/her

authorised person will not be admitted at the time of

opening the tenders/auction.

15. This office will not be in any way held

responsible for the safe custody or any loss of the sold

articles. Once the tender is finalised, no claim on the

quantity and quality of the materials will be entertained.

2. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the

Chief of Government Pharmacy, Indira Nagar, Gorimedu,

Puducherry-605 006, duly superscribed on the envelope

as “Tender for the purchase of old unserviceable/

obsolete articles (Normal Waste)” and the tender should

reach this office on or before 12-03-2020 at 3.30 p.m. The

rate should be quoted for whole lot only. The tenders

received after the due date and time will summarily be

rejected.

3. The tenders received will be opened on the same

day at 4.00 p.m. in the presence of those tenderers or

their representatives who are present at the time of

opening. If, the last day happens to be public holiday,

the same will be received and finalized on the next

working day.

4. The intending tenderers should deposit a sum of

` 5,000 (Rupees five thousand only) in cash as earnest

money deposit (EMD) to the Cashier, Office of the Chief

of Government Pharmacy, Puducherry at the time of

submitting their tenders. The tenders without earnest

money deposit will summarily be rejected. The earnest

money deposit of the successful tenderer will be

adjusted against the sale proceeds and the earnest

money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be

refunded immediately after the finalization of the tender.

5. In case, highest tender amount offered by the

tenderer is found to be not acceptable to the undersigned,

public auction will be conducted on the spot keeping

the highest tender amount as minimum bid amount.

6. Acceptance of the tender/auction will be

intimated to the successful tenderer after finalization of

the tender/auction sale. Successful tenderer/bidder will

only be allowed for clearing/removing the materials.

7. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the

entire amount immediately along with the Goods and

Services Tax, and clear all the items within 24 hours at

his/her own risk and cost, failing which the earnest money

deposit will be forfeited into the Government Account.

This Office should not be in any way held responsible

for the safe custody or any loss of sold articles.

8. The tenderer/bidder or his/her authorized agent

(only one person) may choose to be present at the time

of opening the tender/auction. Authorized person

should bring authorization letter. No claim on the

quantity and quality of the old unserviceable/obsolete

items will be admitted once the tender is finalized.

9. The intending tenderers can inspect the old

unserviceable items at Government Pharmacy Godown,

Indira Nagar, Gorimedu, Puducherry, during office hours

between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon from 09-03-2020 to

11-03-2020 with the permission of the Junior Accounts

Officer, Government Pharmacy, Puducherry.

10. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any tender or all of them without assigning any

reasons thereof. In case of any dispute, the decision of

the undersigned will be the final and binding.

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for taking on lease of —

2. The tenders should reach the Office of the Director

of Industries and Commerce, Industrial Estate,

Thattanchavady-605 009 on or before 6-3-2020 at 3.p.m.

The tenders will be opened by the Deputy Director of

Industries and Commerce in his Office at 3.30 p.m. on

the same day in the presence of the tenderers who

choose to be present.

3. The tenders received after the due date and time

will be rejected.

4. The intending

tenderers should submit their

tenders in sealed cover superscribed with the words

“Tender for the usufructs trees in the Industrial Estate,

Thattanchavady, Puducherry”.

5. The intending tenderers may inspect the usufruct

trees in the Industrial Estate, Thattanchavady,

Puducherry at any time during the office hours.

6. The tender should be in whole of rupees only. The

tender from those who are in arrears to this office as

on date will not be accepted.

7. (i) The intending tenderers should deposit an

amount of ` 250 (Rupees two hundred and fifty only)

in cash as earnest money deposit along with the tender.

The earnest money deposit will be returned to the

unsuccessful tenderers as and when the tender process

is completed.

(ii) The successful tenderer should remit the

balance of tender amount immediately, by deducting the

earnest money deposit amount.

(iii) An acceptance letter should be provided by

the successful tenderer within a week time. Only after

the same, the successful tenderer would be allowed to

enjoy the usufructs.

8. If, the tender opening date i.e., 6-3-2020 happens

to be a public holiday, the tenders will be opened on

the next working day at 3.30 p.m.

9. This office reserves the right to accept or reject

or any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons

thereof.

10. If, any dispute arises in this regard, the decision

of the Director of Industries and Commerce, Puducherry

will be the final.

Family Welfare Services, Near the Legislative Assembly,

Puducherry, in “as-is-where-is condition on lot basis”

at Gorimedu CGP Complex. The details of materials are

furnished hereunder:

Terms and Conditions

1. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the

Deputy Director(IEC), Office of the Deputy Director

(IEC), Department of Health and Family Welfare

Services, Puducherry, duly superscribing on the

envelope as “Tender for purchase of old/unserviceable

articles” and sent to reach the undersigned on or before

at 11.00 a.m on 24-02-2020. The tenders will be opened

at 4.30 p.m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers if

any, in the Office of the Deputy Director (lEC), Department

of Health and Family Welfare Services, Puducherry.

2. The tenders received after the due date and time

will summarily be rejected.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount

of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) in cash as earnest

money deposit. The earnest money deposit of the

unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded after the tender/

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the rates are invited for sale

of old/unserviceable articles belonging to the Office of

the Deputy Director (Immunization), Department of

Health and Family Welfare Services, Near Legislative

Assembly, Puducherry in “as-is-where-is condition on

lot basis” at Gorimedu CGP complex and also 19 PHC’S

i.e., 1. Abishegapakkam, 2. Ariyur, 3. Gorimedu, 4. Kalapet,

5. Kariyambuttur, 6. Katterikuppam, 7. Kirumampakkam,

8. Koodapakkam, 9. Maducarai, 10. Mettupalayam,

11. Nettapakkam, 12. Odiansalai, 13. Reddiyarpalayam,

14. Sooramangalam, 15. Sorapet, 16. Thavalakuppam,

17. Thirubuvanai, 18. Villianur and 19. Office of the

Deputy Director (Immunization), Puducherry premises.

The details of materials are furnished hereunder:

Terms and Conditions

1. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the

Deputy Director (Immunization), Office of the Deputy

Director (Immunization), Department of Health and

Family Welfare Services, Puducherry, duly superscribing

on the envelope as “Tender for purchase of old/

unserviceable articles” and sent to reach the

undersigned on or before 24-02-2020 at 11.00 a.m. The

tenders will be opened at 4.00 p.m. on the same day in

the presence of tenderers, if any, in the Office of the

Deputy Director (Immunization), Old Maternity Hospital

Block, Department of Health and Family Welfare

Services, Puducherry.

2. The tenders received after the due date and time

will summarily be rejected.

3. The intending tenderer should deposit an amount

of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) in cash as earnest

money deposit. The earnest money deposit of the

unsuccessful tenderer will be refunded after the tender/

auction sale is over.

4. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any bid without assigning any reasons therefor.

5. The successful tenderer shall pay the entire

amount along with Sales tax at the rate applicable under

the rules in force soon after the completion of auction

and remove the materials immediately at his/her own risk

and expenses. The office will not be in any way held

responsible for safe custody or for any loss or damage

to the sold materials.

6. No claim about the condition of the materials will

be admitted once the auction is over.

7. The intending tenderers can inspect the items

during office hours with the permission of the

undersigned.

8. In the case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final.

9. The tenderer should submit the following

self-attested photocopy of the documents along with

the tender.

(i) Valid GST Certificate

(ii) PAN Card

(iii) Aadhaar Card/Valid Family Ration Card/Valid

Driving Licence.

(iv) Tenders without these Certificates/Documents

will be rejected.

10. If, the highest tender amount offered by the

tenderer is found to be not acceptable, public auction

will be conducted on the spot, keeping the highest

tender amount as minimum bid amount.

11. The earnest money deposit of the successful

tenderer will be adjusted against the sale proceeds.
