Take notice that as you have not paid or shown
sufficient cause for the non-payment of ` 52,03,743
(Rupees Fifty-two lakh three thousand seven hundred
and forty-three only)+penalty of 2% per month for
belated payment from the date on which it is due with
12% interest for the accrued amount, although the said
sum has been duly demanded in writing from you, the
landed property belonging to you mentioned hereunder
is hereby placed under attachment and that unless the
arrear due by you with interest and other charges be
paid within 15 days i.e., on or before 29-2-2020.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited by the undersigned
towards the disposal of unserviceable/obsolete articles
(normal waste) belonging to this Institution in “as-is-where-
is condition” on lot basis.
2. The intending tenderers may inspect the articles at
Community Health Centre, Manndipet in Puducherry
region between 10.30 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. from 09-03-2020 to
10-03-2020 with the permission of the Medical Officer
concerned.
3. Sealed tenders in the prescribed Tender Form,
addressed to the Medical Officer In-charge, Community
Health Centre, Mannadipet, Puducherry-605 501
superscribed as “Tender for the sale of unserviceable/
obsolete articles (normal waste)” should reach this office
on or before 1l-03-2020 by 12.00 noon. Each tender
should enclose a Demand Draft for an amount of `1,000
(Rupees one thousand only) drawn in favour of the
Medical Officer In-charge, Community Health Centre,
Mannadipet, Puducherry, as earnest money deposit.
4. Tenders will be opened on 1l-03-2020 at 12.30 p.m. at
the office of the undersigned in the presence of the
tenderers who are present at the time of opening. If, the
last day happens to be a public holiday, the same will be
received and finalized on the next working day. Tenders
received after the due date and time will summarily be
rejected.
5. In case, highest tender amount offered by the
tenderer
is found to be not acceptable to the
undersigned, public auction will be conducted on the
spot, keeping the highest tender amount as minimum bid
amount.
6. The earnest money deposit of the successful
tenderer/bidder will be adjusted against the sale
proceeds and the earnest money deposit of the
unsuccessful tenderer/bidder will be discharged/returned
immediately.

7. The tenderer or his/her authorized agent (only one
person) may choose to be present at the time of opening
the tender/auction. Authorized person should bring
authorization letter as prescribed. No claim on the
quantity and quality of the articles will be admitted once
the tender/auction is admitted.
8. Acceptance of the tender/auction will be intimated
to the successful tenderer/bidder after finalization of the
tender/auction sale. Successful tenderer only be allowed
for clearing/removing the materials.
9. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the full
amount immediately along with the GST amount and
clear the items within 24 hours at his/her own risk and cost,
failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
This office will not be in any way held responsible for
the safe custody or any loss of sold articles.
10. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any
or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof and
the decision of the undersigned in this regard will be the
final and binding on all the tenders.

son of Virappin @ Bascarane.
Whereas, in the Aadhaar Card under No. 7984

Authority of India, my name has been mentioned as
‘B. Virin’ son of Virappin alias Bascarane.
Further, I state that in the Elector’s Photo
Identity Card under No. SCO0091744 issued by the
Election Commission of India, my name has been
mentioned as ‘Virin’ son of Virappin @ Bascarane.
Further, I state that in the School Transfer
Certificate under No. 013465 issued by the Principal,
N.N. Government Higher Secondary School, Lawspet,
Puducherry, my name has been mentioned as
‘B. Veeran’ son of Baskaran.
Further, I state that in the Driving Licence Identity
Card under No. 20062165 issued by the Assistant
Licensing Authority, Puducherry, my name has been
mentioned as ‘Veeran. B’ son of Baskaran.
Further, I state that in the Family Ration Card
under No. 448396 issued by the Department of Civil
Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Puducherry, my name
has been mentioned as ‘’.
I state that all the said names ‘Virin’ son of
Virappin @ Bascarane, ‘B. Virin’ son of Virappin alias
Bascarane, ‘Virin’ son of Virappin @ Bascarane,
‘Veeran. B’ son of Baskaran, ‘B. Veeran’ son of

person of myself only.
I furnish this affidavit towards my names’
identity/proof and that all the names are belong and
