NOTIFICATION
The Lieutenant-Governor of Puducherry is pleased
to constitute the Centralised Admission Committee
(CENTAC) as indicated below for the admission of
candidates to various Higher Education Courses and
related works in Government of Puducherry for the
academic year 2020-21:

2. The CENTAC shall notify the Information Brochure
2020-21 prescribing the eligibility criteria and
procedures for admission of candidates to various
Lateral Entry, Full-time/Part-time Postgraduate, Under
Graduate and Diploma Courses. The CENTAC will also
carry out counseling for the seats earmarked to
Puducherry Union Territory by Government of India in
various Government Institutions all over India and also
for seats earmarked in Institutions within Puducherry
Union Territory.
3. The Chairman, CENTAC, shall call the Head of any
College or subject experts to the CENTAC meetings as
special invitees, on need basis.
4. The term of CENTAC shall ordinarily be up to the
completion of admission process for the year 2020-21.
Notwithstanding this, the CENTAC shall continue till
such time a new Committee is constituted.

In conformity with rule 11 of the Puducherry Commune Panchayats (Grant of Licences and Permissions)
Rules, 1976, promulgated in this Union Territory by the Puducherry Village and Commune Panchayats Act, 1973,
objections, if any, to the enhancement of power to the above industry, are invited to reach the Commissioner, within
ten days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.
The objections so received within the specified period will be considered by Mannadipet Commune
Panchayat.

Further, I state that I have, later transformed to
third gender through proper surgery and became a
transgender, as such in the Medical Certificate, dated
28-12-2019, my female gender name has been
mentioned as ‘Nagapriya’.
In my Aadhaar Card under No. 7341 4658 7971, my
name has been mentioned as ‘Nagapriya (’.
In my PAN Card under No. BEEPN5132D, my
name has been mentioned as ‘Nagapriya’.
Therefore, I do hereby declare that all the abovesaid
names are referred, identified and relate to one and
same person that is me, the deponent herein. I state
that I shall henceforth be known and identified only
by the name ‘Nagapriya (’ for all purposes.

paragraphs is true and correct to the best of my
knowledge, belief and information.
