2. Now, based on the approval of the Cabinet, the

Lieutenant-Governor of Puducherry is pleased to

implement the decision of Government of India on the

recommendations of the 7th Central Pay Commission as

extended to the employees of the Government of

Puducherry for the benefit of the regular employees of the

Planning Authorities with effect from 01-01-2016 and the

monetary benefit with effect from 03-01-2020 only.

Accordingly, fixation of pay and increments in the revised

pay structure shall be governed by the following rules:

The Service Rules of the employees of Planning

Authorities vide G.O. Ms. No. 241, dated 14-12-1978.

3. The entire expenditure incurred towards the

implementation of revised pay structure to the

employees of the Planning Authorities shall be borne

by the respective Planning Authorities from its own

resources and the Government of Puducherry shall not

extend any financial assistance in this regard. Further,

the Planning Authorities shall observe very strict

austerity measures in all matter of expenditure.

NOTIFICATION

The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to

order that Shri Shurbir Singh, I.A.S., (AGMU:2004),

Chief Electoral Officer, Puducherry, shall in addition to

the subjects already held by him, look after the subject

‘Excise’ as Secretary to Government, Puducherry.

2. Dr. T. Arun I.A.S., District Collector-cum-Secretary

(Revenue) will function as Commissioner (Excise).

3. Allotment of additional subject to Chief Electoral

Officer has the concurrence vide Letter No. 154/PUDU/

2020-P.Admin, dated 26-02-2020 of the Secretariat of the

Election Commission of India, New Delhi.

I, N. Manivannane, son of Narayanan, aged about

41 years, residing at No. 31, Thermutti Street,

Manavely, Ariyankuppam, Puducherry-605 007,

do hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows:

I state that I am the deponent herein and I am

well aware of the facts of the deposition.

I state that my minor son namely, ‘Saran’ was

born to myself N. Manivannane and my wife

Shenbagam. K. on 19-06-2017 at Ashwini Maternity

Hospital, Puducherry, which is duly registered

under Registration No. O/2017/01403, dated 29-06-2017

at Oulgaret Municipality, Puducherry, in which my

minor son’s name has been mentioned as ‘Saran M’

and in his Aadhaar Card No. 5763 4171 6587 issued

by the Unique Identification Authority of India,

his name has been mentioned as ‘Saran’. In the

Family Ration Card No. 313839 issued by the

Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs,

Puducherry, my minor son’s name has been

mentioned as ‘’.

Now, I state that as per numerology, I have

changed my minor son’s name as ‘M. ’

and the said name is also called by my relatives and

others and I possess only horoscopy evidence for

the documentary proof in support of his present

name.

Therefore, I do hereby declare that all the

abovesaid names i.e., Saran’, ‘M. ’ and

‘’ are referred, identified and relate to one and

same person that is my minor son only. Hereafter, my

minor son shall be known and identified only by

the name ‘M. Ramsaran (M. )’ for all

purposes.

I state that what are all stated in the above

paragraphs is true and correct to the best of my

knowledge, belief and information.

Solemnly and sincerely affirmed and signed before

the Notary Public at Puducherry, on this 13th day of
