ORDER

Approval of the Government is accorded for continuance of the Secretary

to Government (Housing) as the Interim Real Estate Regulatory Authority for the

Union territory of Puducherry under section 20 of the Real Estate (Regulation and

Development) Act, 2016 for a period of 6 (six) months beyond 16-04-2020 or until

constitution of the regular Real Estate Regulatory Authority under the Act,

whichever is earlier.
