In exercise of the powers delegated vide item No. 19

of G.O. Ms. No. 47/F3/20l4, dated 09-12-2014 of the

Finance Department, Puducherry, approval of the

Secretary to Government (Industries and Commerce) is

hereby accorded to appoint Thiru CA. V. Chandrasekaran,

Chartered Accountant, No. 18, 5th Cross Street, Anna

Nagar, Nellithope, Puducherry-605 005, as Auditor to

Audit the Accounts of the Puducherry Khadi and

Village Industries Board (PKVIB), Puducherry, for the

financial year 2018-19 and 2019-20.

2. Sanction of the Secretary (Industries and

Commerce) is also accorded for payment of an amount

of ` 34,000 (Rupees thirty-four thousand only) per

annum [Inclusive of all Taxes] as fees to the Auditor

for the year 2018-19 and 2019-20.

3. The appointment of Thiru CA. V. Chandrasekaran,

Chartered Accountant, as an Auditor to PKVIB for the

above period shall be got ratified by the Board of

Directors of PKVIB.
