NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under section 19 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 (Central Act No. 8 of
1948) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) and in supersession of the notification issued under
G.O.Ms.No. 49, dated 15th September, 2009 of the Chief Secretariat (Health), Puducherry and all other
notifications issued in this behalf, save as respects things done or omitted to be done before such
supersession, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to re-constitute the Puducherry Pharmacy Council
with the following Members, shown below with immediate effect:-
