NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20B of the Specific Relief Act, 1963 (Act No. 47 of 1963)
read with the Notification in S.O. 5948(E), dated 30th December, 2018 of the Ministry of Home Affairs,
Government of India, New Delhi and in consultation with the Chief Justice of the High Court of Judicature at
Madras, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, hereby designates one or more Civil Courts as specified in
column (2) of the Table below to be the Special Courts with the local limits of the area to exercise jurisdiction
over the areas specified in column (5) of the said Table and to try a Suit under the provisions of the said Act
in respect of contracts relating to infrastructure projects.
