In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Puducherry Excise Act, 1970

(No. 12 of 1970), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, hereby appoints Shri Shashvat Saurabh, I.A.S.,

Deputy Commissioner (Excise), Puducherry, for the purpose of conduct of hearing proceedings through video

conferencing against liquor licensees of Yanam region for violations based on the report submitted by the Inspection

Team headed by Shri Devesh Singh, I.A.S., Secretary to Government (Power).
