Notice of attachment to M/s. Srinivas Build Tech. (India) Pvt. Ltd., Puducherry, in the Village of

Manapet Revenue Village of Bahour Taluk.

Take notice that as you have not paid or shown sufficient cause for the non-payment of ` 23,13,76,384 along

with 12% accrued interest thereon, the arrears of revenue due by you to the Commercial Taxes Department, Puducherry,

although, the said sum has been duly demanded in writing from you, the following landed property belonging to you is

hereby placed under attachment and that unless the arrear due by you with interest and other charges be paid

within 10-07-2020, the landed property will be brought to sale in due course of law. You will further take notice that

2. The intending tenderers may inspect the items at

the office of the undersigned between 10.30 a.m. and

4.30 p.m. during any working day (from 29-06-2020 to

10-07-2020), with the permission of the Officer

concerned.

3. The tenderers may offer their bidding rate both in

figures and words for purchase of obsolete/unserviceable

items on lot basis as per the standard format available

in this office in a sealed cover and addressed to the

Regional Administrator, Mahe, duly superscribing on

the envelope as “Tender for the purchase of unserviceable/

obsolete articles.”

4. The sealed tenders should reach this office on or

before 15-07-2020 at 12.45 p.m. The tenders will be

opened on the same day at 3.30 p.m. in the presence of

the tenderers, who are present at the time of opening of

tenders. If, the last day happens to be a public holiday,

the same will be received and finalized on the next

working day. Tenders received after the due date and

time will summarily be rejected.

5. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount

of ` 2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) in the form of

Demand Draft in the name of Regional Administrator,

Mahe, as earnest money deposit before submitting the

tenders. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderers will be returned immediately after the tender/

auction sale is over/finalized.

6. The tenderer should submit the following self

attested photocopy of the documents along with their

tender.

(i) Valid GSTIN

(ii) PAN Card

(iii) Aadhaar Card/Valid Driving Licence

7. If, any false representation is found during the

tender process, the tender submitted by him/her/them

will be cancelled and his/her/their earnest money

deposit will be forfeited.

8. If, the highest tender amount offered by the

tenderer is found to be not acceptable, the public

auction will be conducted on the spot, keeping the

highest tender amount as minimum bid amount.

9. Other than the tenderer or his/her authorized

person, no one will be admitted at the time of opening

of the tender and auction. No claim on the quantity and

quality of the articles will be admitted once the tender/

auction is admitted.

10. If, any/all participants(s), misbehave(s) during

the tender/auction process, the tenderer(s) will be

removed from the place of auction, also his/her/their

tender(s) will be rejected and the earnest money deposit

will be forfeited.

11. Acceptance of the tender/auction will be

intimated to the successful tenderer after finalization of

the tender/auction. Successful tenderer will only be

allowed to clear/remove the auctioned materials.

12. The earnest money deposit of the successful

tenderer will be adjusted against the sale proceed.

13. The successful tenderer should pay the full

amount immediately along with the GST amount and

clear the items within 24 hours at his/her/their own risk

and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit will

be forfeited. This office will not be in anyway held

responsible for the safe custody or any loss of sold

articles.

14. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any or all the tenders without assigning any

reason thereof. In case of any dispute, the decision of

the undersigned in this regard will be the final and

binding on all the tenders/auction.

15. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of GST and

other applicable taxes.

2. Tenders superscribed as ‘Tender for the purchase

of old newspapers’ shall be addressed to the Secretary,

Pondicherry Market Committee, Puducherry-605

009’, in a sealed cover, so as to reach this office on or

before 09-07-2020 at 3.00 p.m. The tenders received

will be opened on the same day at 3.30 p.m. in the

presence of the tenderers or their representatives.

3. The Tender Forms shall be had on payment of ` 100

(Rupees one hundred only) (non-refundable) from this

office during office hours. The intending tenderers shall

deposit a sum of ` 500 (Rupees five hundered only)

in cash as earnest money deposit (EMD) along with

tenders. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderes will be refunded immediately soon after the

tender sale is over.

4. The old newspapers intended for sale may be

inspected during office hours on any working day.

5. The successful tenderer shall make his/her own

arrangement to weigh the old newspapers to bid a fair

value. Tenders received after the due date and time

prescribed will summarily be rejected.

6. No claims on the quality and quantity of the

articles will be admitted once the tender is finalized.

7. The successful tenderer should remit the tender

amount immediately after conclusion of the tender.

Further, the tenderer should remove the old newspapers

at his/her own cost within 24 hours of acceptance for

the tender.

8. The undersigned reserves the right to accept/

reject any/all tender(s) without assigning any reasons

thereof.

9. If, the tender opening day happens to be a public
