NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 70-A of

the Puducherry Excise Act, 1970 (Act No. 12 of 1970), the Lieutenant-Governor,

Puducherry, is pleased to order that the validity period of the following

notifications issued in respect of levy of Special Excise Duty on the liquor sold in

the Union territory of Puducherry, shall be extended till 30th November, 2020.
