CORRIGENDUM
Approval of the Lieutenant-Governor is hereby conveyed for the modification of the conditions appearing
in clause (N) (iii) in the modified guidelines issued vide G.O. Ms. No. 22/Ag., dated 04-11-2019 of the Chief Secretariat
(Agriculture), Puducherry, as follows:
2. The other conditions contained in the G.O. Ms. No. 22/Ag., dated 04-11-2019 of the Chief Secretariat
(Agriculture), Puducherry, remain unaltered.
3. This issues with concurrence of the Finance Department vide their I.D. No. 317/FC/FD/F5/A3/2020,
dated 16-07-2020.

(iii) Before sending work order to the MI suppliers,
the MI Suppliers have to submit 5% Bank Guarantee of
the value of the work to the O/o. the ADA (Horti.) as a
guarantee for their after indicative service for a period
up to 31-03-2020.

the MI Suppliers have to submit a Bank Guarantee as
decided by the Department. The procurement process
shall be governed by the extant norms.
