NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1

of the Puducherry Technological University Act, 2019 (Act No. 4 of 2020),

the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to appoint the 5th day

of September 2020, as the date on which the said Act shall come into

force in the whole of the Union territory of Puducherry.
