NOTIFICATION

Applications are invited for the allotment of Plots at

Industrial Estate, Thattanchavady, Puducherry and

Rural Industrial Estate, Kattukuppam, Puducherry.

(i) Industrial Estate, Thattanchavady, Puducherry:

(a) Four Plots measuring 4,500, 4,100, 2,600

and 1,500 sq.fts.

(b) One Plot measuring 17,878 sq.fts.

constructed building of 3,500 sq.fts.

(d) One Plot measuring 8,300 sq.fts.

(ii) Rural Industrial Estate, Kattukuppam,

Puducherry:

(a) Three Plots measuring 11,200 sq.fts. each.

(b) Two Plots measuring 9,975 sq.fts. each.

The application for allotment of plots for industrial

purpose can be received from the Directorate of Industries

and Commerce, Thattanchavady, Puducherry-605 009

during office hours or can be downloaded from

Department website https://industry.py.gov.in.

The completed applications along with Demand Draft

for ` 500 (Rupees five hundered only) in favour Drawing

and Disbursing Officer, Directorate of Industries and

Commerce, Thattanchavady, Puducherry should reach

the office of the Director of Industries and Commerce,

Thattanchavady, Puducherry-605 009 on or before

30-09-2020 by 5.45 p.m. The decision of the allotment

committee with regard to allotment shall be final. The

advertisement is issued based on the direction of the

Hon’ble High Court. The Applicants who had applied

earlier based on the notification, dated 09-10-2017,

17-01-2017 and 10-11-2017 in the Official Gazette stand

cancelled and fresh application be made.

Karaikal, the 3rd September 2020.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the rate per kilogram are

invited for the sale of torn vouchers/records (1 ton

approximately) belonging to this office.

2. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the

Deputy Director, Directorate of Accounts and

Treasuries, Karaikal, duly superscribing on the

envelope as “Tender for the purchase of torn vouchers/

records” and sent to reach the undersigned on or before

12.00 noon on 25-9-2020. The tenders will be opened at

3.00 p.m. on the same day in the presence of the

attending tenderers.

3. The highest rate quoted will be treated as minimum

bid amount and then the public auction will be started.

4. The intending bidder should deposit an earnest

money deposit of ` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only)

along with the sealed tender. The earnest money deposit

of unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded on the same

day soon after completion of auction.

5. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the

entire quoted/bid amount as soon as the offer accepted

and the torn papers are weighed. The torn papers

should be cleared within 24 hours from the time of

weighing of torn papers and the payment is made

therefor with the prior permission of the undersigned.

If, the tenderer/bidder fails to clear the torn papers

within the stipulated time, the ground rent will be

collected as per rules from the tenderer/bidder until the

torn papers are cleared.

6. Sales tax/VAT/GST will be charged extra as per the

applicable rate at the time of auction for the bid amount.

7. The intending tenderers can inspect the torn

papers during the office hours from 15-9-2020 to

18-9-2020 with prior permission of the undersigned.

8. The tender will not be accepted after the due date

and time prescribed.

9. No claim about loss of the quantity of torn papers

sold will be admitted after the auction is over.

10. The undersigned reserves the right either to

increase or decrease the quantity of torn papers to be

sold and also reserves the right to accept or reject the

rate quoted by the tenderers fully or partially without

assigning any reasons therefor. In case of any dispute,

the decision of the undersigned will be the final.

EXTENSION OF TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE

Due to no response to the tender, on account of

national wide lockdown announced by Government of

India for COVID-19 pandemic disaster, the tender for

sale of old unserviceable tyres/automobiles spares

invited vide this office Tender-cum-Auction Notice,

dated 16-03-2020 is hereby extended as under:

: 30-09-2020 at

11.30 a.m.

2. The indending tenders/bidders can inspect the

unserviceable tyres/automobiles spares during office

hours from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon on any working

days.

3. All other terms and conditions shall remain

unaltered.
