with Johnsirani. In my Marriage Certificate, my name
is mentioned as ‘John Vangeeth @ Selvam’.
My father Thangapragasam belongs to Hindu
religion. My mother Arokiamary belongs to Christian
religion. Right from my childhood, I have followed
my father’s Community as Hindu religion and
I embrace the Hindu religion and follow Hindu Worship
Practice. I hereby state and declare that I belong to
Hindu religion.
Further, I state and declare that hereinafter, I shall
be known and called by the name ‘John Vangeeth @
Selvam ’.
