AVVAIYAR GOVERNMENT COLLEGE FOR WOMEN
Karaikal, the 17th September 2020.
TENDER NOTICE
In pursuance of the sanction accorded by the
Director of Higher Education vide No. 3187/DHTE/SV/
2020-21 for the disposal of condemned library books,
a sealed tender offering rate per kilogram are invited.
Terms and Conditions
1. Tender superscribing on the envelope as “Tender
for the purchase of unserviceable library books” should
reach the Principal, Avvaiyar Government College for
Women, Karaikal, on or before 16-10-2020 at 3.30 p.m.
The tender will be opened on the same day at 3.45 p.m.
in the presence of the tenderers, if any.
2. The intending tenderers should deposit an earnest
money deposit of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only)
while submitting their tender.
3. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful
tenderers will be refunded after finalizing the tenders.
4. Tenders received after the stipulated date and time
will not be accepted.
5. The successful tenderer should pay the amount
in full immediately and remove the articles at his/her
own cost.
6. GST will be collected extra on the sale of
unserviceable library books as per the rate prevailing
at the time of disposal/sales.
7. The Principal, Avvaiyar Government College for
Women, Karaikal, reserves the right to accept or reject
any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons
thereof.
8. The intending tenderers can inspect the items
during working hours with the permission of the
Principal.
9. No claim about the quality, quantity of articles will
be entertained once the tender is finalised.
10. In case of dispute, if any, the decision of the
Principal will be the final and binding on all concerned.

date of publication of this notice in the official gazette for consideration.
The objections so received within the specified period will be considered by the Karaikal Municipality in accordance
with the rules.

I, Udhayaamurthy, son of S.R. Muthukumaran, aged
about 21 years, residing at No. 4A, Kamarajar Street,
Muthiraiyarpalayam, Puducherry-605 009, do hereby
solemnly and sincerely affirm on oath and declare as
follows:
I state that I have so far been called as ‘Udhayaamurthy’
and the same has been followed in my Birth Certificate
vide Registration No. M/1997/09551, dated 29-08-1997,
issued by the Pondicherry Municipality, Puducherry,
Elector’s Photo Identity Card No. NOG0087007,
Aadhaar Card No. 9495 1484 2817, Passport given
name No. P0880098, dated 13-06-2016, valid up to
12-06-2026 issued by the Regional Passport Officer,
Chennai, Driving Licence No. PY01-20150010143,
dated 01-12-2015, Transport Department, Puducherry,
PAN Card No. AFAPU3568G and in all my Educational
Certificates.
I state that for numerological and sentimental
re aso n s, I h ave no w ch ange d my n ame as
‘V.M. Udhayamurthi’ and hereafter, I shall be known
by the new name ‘V.M. Udhayamurthi’.
I hereby declare that I shall at all times hereafter
in all records, deeds and writings and in all proceedings,
dealings and transactions, private as well as upon
all occasions whatsoever use and sign the name
‘V.M. Udhayamurthi’ as my name in place and in
substitution of my former name.
The above deposition is true and correct to the
best of my knowledge and belief, and nothimg
material has been concealled therein.
